ALL QUESTIONS ANSWEREDQ. How will I be informed about the new concert dates and what information will I receive? Will it include the details of which new show my ticket is valid for? A. The rescheduled tour dates will be extensively promoted by all associated with the tour. We'll also sending an email to anyone we can reach through Ticketmaster, Ticketek and the venues, all of whom will have full details on their websites. Q. What should I do if I haven't received an email advising the new concert dates? A. You should call the ticketing agent you booked the tickets through, or the venue that you are seeing the show at. If you are not sure or don't remember, check www.coppel.com.au Q. Do I need to get a new ticket printed for the rescheduled show? A. No, your original ticket will be valid for the new show date. You are not required to do anything but present your ticket to the usher on the night of the specified concert. Q. Will the venue for the concerts change? A. No. All venues will remain the same. Q: I bought tickets to the Auckland Ericsson Stadium concert. Is the Mt Smart the same venue? A. Ericsson Stadium and Mt Smart Stadium are the same venue. No. Your seating allocation will be exactly as printed on your ticket. Q. I'd like to exchange my ticket for better ones. Can I do that? A. We are not able to exchange tickets. The only option available should you not wish to retain your current seating allocation is to obtain a refund, then try your luck when ticket sales recommence on the 27th of July Q. I can't go to the rescheduled date/s and I'd like a refund. How do I get one? A. Please contact the ticketing agency you purchased tickets from by close of business Wednesday July 26th to secure a full refund. Q. I'm able to attend the new date/s but friends who booked with me are unable to attend. Can I still keep my tickets and refund others? A. Yes, a refund can be processed back to the person who purchased the tickets upon presentation of all or some of the tickets to the ticketing agent. Please note however that the person who purchased the tickets will receive the refund, and then will be responsible for distributing t he money to the people they bought tickets for. Q. I'd like to buy some U2 tickets. When can I do this and where can I purchase them? A. Tickets that have previously been refunded will be opened for sale on Thursday July 27 at 9am local time. Q Will there be a limit on how many tickets I can buy? A. A limit of 4 tickets per transaction will apply Q. I have refunded my U2 tickets already. Will I have any opportunity to repurchase the same seats? A. No you will not be able to repurchase tickets until 27th of July. Should you be successful in repurchasing, you will be allocated best available seating. Q. I'd like to buy more tickets. Can I get these next to my existing ones? A. You can purchase additional tickets on the 27th of July, however you will be allocated best available seating. Q. I've lost my ticket, can I replace it? A. You need to contact the ticketing agent you purchased tickets from, with as much information as possible to assist them in locating your booking. Details such as your customer account or confirmation number, or credit card number with which you paid for the tickets will assist. Q. I've damaged my ticket/ it has faded over time and it's no longer readable, do I need to replace it? A. To be sure that you do not encounter issues at the venue on show day, you should contact the ticketing agent to check whether the damage warrants the re-issuing of tickets. If so, they will easily be able to reprint your tickets in exchange for the damaged tickets. Q. My ticket has been stolen, what can I do? A. You should contact the ticketing agent you purchased from for assistance, with as many details as possible about the seating and booking as you can remember ready. Q. I bought my ticket on eBay/TradeMe. Is it going to be valid? A. You have unfortunately elected to purchase your tickets through an unauthorised and unregulated outlet. As such we cannot guarantee the validity of your tickets. You should seek further information from the person who sold the tickets to you. Q. I bought my ticket on eBay/TradeMe and I'd like to secure a refund. How do I do this? A. You have unfortunately elected to purchase your tickets through an unauthorised and unregulated outlet. If the tickets are returned to the ticketing agency for a refund, a refund will be processed to the original purchaser. Therefore should seek further information from the person who sold the tickets to you. Q. Will the rescheduled Vertigo concerts be different from the original tour? A. U2 is committed to bring the same spectacular production, in its entirety, which they had intended to perform in March this year. It is the same production has toured across the world. Q. Who will U2's support be on the rescheduled tour? A. Kanye West is confirmed to return with U2 for the rescheduled Vertigo tour dates Q. Will the start time of the show differ? A. No, the start time will be as printed on your ticket Q. I won my U2 ticket in a competition and can no longer attend the rescheduled shows. Can I get a refund or do I have to return the ticket? A. Complimentary tickets have no monetary value. You should contact the organization that ran the competition, explain your situation and see whether they can assist. QUESTIONS FOR NZ: Q. Will sales for the refunded tickets be through Ticketmaster only or will there be an allocation through other outlets? A. All sales will be conducted through Ticketmaster.
